Ingredients:

• 1 cup flour

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 2 eggs

• 2 1/2 Cups of spaghetti sauce

• 3 Basil leaves

• 1 Garlic clove

• 2 tbsp Parmesan

Instructions

1. Whisk together flour and salt, creating a well in the middle

2. Crack eggs into the well, Whisk eggs allowing eggs to mix into the flour slowly, stir until a sticky dough forms.

3. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead dough until smooth and shiny.

4. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes - overnight.

5. On a floured surface, roll the dough to a desired surface

6. Cut noodles into even shapes with a sharp object, place on wire rack for 2-3 hours to dry

7. Bring 3 quarts of water & 1 teaspoon salt to a boil. Slowly add noodles to avoid sticking and cook for 1-2 minutes.

8. Pour in sauce and stir until fully incorprated.

9. Plate and garnish with Parmesan and basil.
