Ingredients:
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
1. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl until mixture is foamy, 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Melt butter on medium-low heat and add in egg mixture, make sure whole skillet bottom is covered with egg
3. Lift edges, makes ure no visible egg-liquid remains
4. Flip omelette, cook for about 45 seconds
5. Sprinkle cheese down middle of omelette; cook until melted (around 20 seconds)
