Brownies


A Brownie


Chocolatey and full of flavor, all packed into a square? These chewy and fudgy squares
are sure to create a divine sweet sensation!
This Recipe makes 16 Brownies.

Ingredients:

• 10 tablespoons unsalted butter

• 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

• 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (leveled)

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

• 2 large cold eggs

• 1/2 cup All-Purpose flour

• [OPTIONAL] 2/3 cups chopped walnuts/pecans/chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325F (162C)

2. Add butter to a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until melted. *DO NOT let brown*

3. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt into hot butter.

4.Set saucepan aside for 5-10 minutes, or until warm.

5. Add cold eggs one at a time, stirring vigourously after each egg

6. Once well blended, add the flour. Beat flour into batter until thick and pulling off the edges.

7. [OPTIONAL:] Stir in toppings.

8. Spread brownie batter evenly into pan.

9. Bake for 20-30 minutes, cool completely before removing the brownies from the pan.
